We parked cars at 532292. we walked along road to 509303 from this point we followed river in a southern direction towards Knockalongy cairn 544, next we headed to spot height 521, then to spot height 426. Our next target was to cross the stream at 490246, with the heavy rain it was important to cross this stream as high as posible. We followed the stream into the forest where we joined the road at walked to the carpark at 544243. There were 8 on walk and it took 6 hours.
